If you design Corridors in AutoCAD Civil 3D, you know that the built-in assemblies and subassemblies leave a lot to be desired. They always seem to be either missing elements you need, or far too complex for real world use. What you need is to quickly and easily develop your own subassemblies that meet your specific design needs, and that can be saved/re-used on future projects. AutoCAD Civil 3D has a tool for that called “Subassembly Composer” but most have no idea how to use it reliably, or even where to begin learning this tool.
ZenTek Consultants, the nationally recognized leader in Civil technologies can show you how to make your Corridors behave the way you need in this unique class that’s vital to anyone who works with road/corridor design.
This eight (8) hour course is delivered in four (4), two-hour long sessions that students can attend online, right from their own desk. A live instructor will explain the detailed functions of Subassembly Composer, and address questions as the class progresses.
Note: Instructor will present using Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D 2024. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version.
Recording: Registrants for this course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
Must attend all four sessions.
Session 1: Understanding the Basics (May 13)
Session 2: Advanced Geometry (May 20)
Session 3: More Advanced Geometry (June 3)
Session 4: Tools for Workflow (June 10)
