DESCRIPTION:AutoCAD isn’t just for drafting. It can streamline pre-construction planning for site access\, utilities\, safety\, and logistics. This course teaches you how to geolocate sites\, plan traffic control\, and manage trailers\, storage\, and staging efficiently. You’ll also learn to create reusable tools and custom palettes\, count blocks using tables\, and perform quick quantity takeoffs\, giving you the ability to plan and manage pre-construction activities faster and more accurately. \nThis course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses. \nNote: Instructor will present using Autodesk AutoCAD 2026. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version. \nRecording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days.
