SUMMARY:Customizing Corridor Assemblies in Civil 3D II
DESCRIPTION:Building on Level I\, this course teaches advanced techniques for creating intelligent\, reusable subassemblies with Subassembly Composer. You’ll explore complex geometry\, conditional subassemblies\, offset and filleted links\, and marked points\, while learning to organize workflows with embedded flowcharts\, sequences\, and variables. By the end\, you’ll be able to develop automated corridor tools that simplify future projects and improve productivity. \nThis course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses. \nNote: Instructor will present using Autodesk Civil 3D 2026. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version. \nPrerequisite: Students should have a working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D. \nRecording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends. \nSession 1: More Advanced Geometry \n\nUsing Marked Points with Custom Assemblies\nFilleting Link Segments\nCreating Offset Links\nDeveloping Conditional Subassemblies with Loop Geometry\n\nSession 2: Tools for Workflow \n\nOrganizing Subassembly Geometry with Embedded Flowcharts and Sequences\nBuilding Switch and Enumeration Sequences Using Variables
