Bluebeam Max Unlocked

Bluebeam Max introduces powerful AI-driven capabilities that can help streamline document review, improve accuracy, and automate repetitive tasks. Whether you’re evaluating Bluebeam Max for the first time or already have access and want to understand how to use its new features effectively, this course provides a practical, hands-on introduction. You’ll learn what each tool does, when to use it, and how to incorporate Bluebeam Max into real-world workflows. The course also demonstrates how to connect Revu with Claude using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), expanding what’s possible with AI-assisted document analysis and automation.

This live online course is offered as a four-hour course. Each session is 2 hours. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.

​Note: Instructor will present using Bluebeam Revu Max 21. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version. Tools shown will not be available in Revu Basics, Core or Complete.

Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
