Construction Technology Sales Consultant

ZenTek Consultants is a leading specialist in the Design & Construction Technology (ConTech) space, helping architecture, engineering and construction teams connect office and field with reliable, easy to use, and powerful technologies.

Responsibilities: (include, but are not limited to . . .)

The Construction Technology Sales Consultant position will focus heavily on selling Bluebeam software and associated ZenTek training and services as it relates to the Design and ConTech industries. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and developing relationships with new and existing customers. This position entails interaction with, and support of, customers requiring consulting, configuration, and customization of Bluebeam and related software systems and processes. The selected candidate will provide similar support for construction project management and digital twin/scan-to-BIM systems and processes.

The ideal candidate should have a service-related sales background, be comfortable with cold outreach, and be able to:

  • Be responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Be responsible for account management and growth through sales efforts such as phone calls, email and social media efforts.
  • Track all sales lead contacts, follow ups and processes in CRM system.
  • Place and process sales orders and arranging delivery of software purchases.
  • Work with internal staff to develop new offerings.
  • Attend client meetings/calls/site visits as needed and requested by management.
  • Work with clients and ZenTek staff to discover potential projects and discuss client workflow issues and training needs.

Technical skills required:

  • Experience with service focused sales.
  • Experience in software related sales.
  • Solid English speaking and presentation skills.
  • Skilled with all Microsoft 365 products.
  • Self-motivated worker with ability to work from home and produce regular leads and/or sales.

Position Summary

The Construction Technology Sales Consultant position is a full-time, permanent “Remote Worker” position. The selected candidate must have high speed internet connection and a quiet, private location from which to work. Selected candidate must have clear English-speaking and public presentation skills. The selected candidate may reside anywhere within the USA but must - at a minimum - be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, Mon – Fri, unless otherwise approved by management. This is a salaried, plus commission, full time, 40+ hour per week position.
