The Bluebeam & Construction Technology Specialist (BCTS) is a full-time, permanent, “Remote Worker” position. Selected candidate must have high speed internet connection and a quiet, private, location from which to present courses, webinars, and meet with clients on a regular basis. Selected candidate must have clear English-speaking and public presentation skills. The BCTS may reside anywhere within the USA but must --at a minimum-- be available between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, Mon – Fri, unless otherwise approved by Technical Principal. This is a salaried, full time, 40+ hour per week position.

The Bluebeam & Construction Technology Specialist (BCTS) position will focus on assisting clients with customizing & implementing the Bluebeam Revu software system. Selected candidate will perform service work, training, and technical support as it relates to the Bluebeam system and related technology processes/software. The BCTS will be responsible for customizing/configuring Bluebeam Revu and other related software systems to meet client needs as well as configuring custom tools and processes for same. The chosen candidate will also be required to develop/present online classes and webinars for related software systems. The selected candidate will be expected to learn new software systems as appropriate and develop support and training processes for them as directed. The ideal candidate will have a background in Bluebeam, Procore, construction estimating, construction management and technical software systems within those industries. This position may require periodic travel to client locations.
The person filling this position will:
- Work with clients and in-house staff to deliver custom service/support projects
- Be responsible for providing technical support to all clients on related software systems
- Work with technical and marketing staff to develop new service offerings
- Attend client meetings/calls/site visits as requested by Technical Principal
- Work with clients and in-house staff to discover potential projects and discuss client workflow issues and service needs
Technical skills required:
- Substantial experience using Bluebeam Revu at an advanced level
- Substantial experience developing Bluebeam tool sets and custom columns
- Experience with construction estimating procedures and processes
- Familiarity with Procore construction management accounting systems
- Familiarity with construction management accounting systems
- Experience developing and presenting technical software training & webinars (online and in-person)
- Solid English speaking and presentation skills
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and Office 365 products
- Self-motivated learner with will/ability to learn new construction focused software systems

The Revit Technical Specialist is a full-time, permanent, “Remote Worker” position. Selected candidate must have high speed internet connection and a quiet, private, location from which to present courses on a regular basis. Selected candidate must have clear English-speaking and public presentation skills. The Revit Technical Specialist may reside anywhere within the USA but must - at a minimum - be available between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, Mon – Fri, unless otherwise approved by Technical Principal. This is a salaried, full time, 40+ hour per week position.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
The Revit Technical Specialist position will focus primarily on Revit related software technical support and related training for the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. The Revit Technical Specialist will be responsible for developing and presenting both public and private online classes for Revit, Revit-related systems, AutoCAD, and BricsCAD BIM software systems that are commonly used in the design community. This position will require interaction with, and support of, customers requiring consulting, configuration and customization of AEC software systems and processes. The selected candidate will also be expected to learn new software systems as appropriate and develop training/support services surrounding those systems.
The person filling this position will:
- Be responsible for providing technical support to all clients on Autodesk Revit systems
- Be responsible for providing technical support to all clients on BIM systems
- Develop client standards/tools and work on related projects/tasks for above systems
- Be responsible for teaching online training courses for above systems
- Work with technical and marketing staff to develop new courses and offerings
- Attend client meetings/calls visits as needed
- Work with clients and ZenTek staff to discover potential projects and discuss client workflow issues and training needs
Technical skills required:
- Highly proficient with Autodesk Revit Software
- Experience with developing and creating BIM models and execution plans
- Experience developing and presenting technical software training (online and in-person)
- Solid English speaking and presentation skills
- Familiar with Bluebeam Revu markup/estimating software
- Practical experience with design/build methodologies (Revit & site preferred)
- Self-motivated learner with will/ability to learn new AEC-focused software systems
