This course is designed for construction project managers, superintendents, and executives who want to take control of project tracking and reporting in Microsoft Project Pro. You’ll learn how to monitor project progress, create and manage custom fields and tables, and customize views to fit your needs. The class also covers importing/exporting data, building network diagrams, and linking project files, giving you the tools to manage projects more efficiently and make better-informed decisions.

This course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.

Note: Instructor will be using the latest version of Microsoft Project Professional and students are encouraged to use same.

Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
