This live online course is designed to prepare candidates for The Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification exam. It covers the foundational concepts, domains, tools, and techniques outlined in the PMBOK® Guide and related exam references. The course emphasizes practical understanding, application, and exam strategies, and is comprised of a mixture of instructor lectures with PMI® certified materials, online exercises and tests, group exercises/games, and a 180-question online mock exam.

This 4-day live online course is 35 hours and meets PMI's project management training requirement for the current version of the PMP exam. Additionally, this course is attendance-based, meaning attendees are awarded a Certificate of Successful Training upon completion.
