4 hour course | 4 CPC/CEU credits

Managing one project in Autodesk Construction Cloud is straightforward, but gaining visibility and control across an entire portfolio is where real business value is unlocked. This live online course is designed for organizations that need to move beyond single-project reporting and harness ACC data at scale. You’ll learn how to aggregate, standardize, and analyze information across multiple projects and hubs, transforming raw project data into actionable insights that support smarter forecasting, reduce risk, and drive strategic decision-making at the company level.

This live online course is offered as a four-hour course. Each session is 2 hours. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.

Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.

Session 1: Data Integration with Data Connector and Bridge

  • Data Extraction: Learn how to use the Autodesk Data Connector to extract and aggregate project data for use in Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, enabling sophisticated analysis beyond the native dashboards.
  • External Data Linking: Master Autodesk Construction Cloud Bridge to create data links between multiple project hubs, allowing for secure sharing of information with subcontractors, designers, and owners while protecting proprietary data.
  • Data Standardization: Establish and enforce project standards and naming conventions at the account level to ensure data consistency, which improves the quality of data-driven decisions across your company's portfolio of projects.

Session 2: Historical Data Analytics and Forecasting

  • Benchmarking Performance: Use data from past projects to establish key performance benchmarks. This enables more accurate forecasting of resource allocation, budget, and schedules for new projects.
  • Risk Mitigation Analysis: Conduct diagnostic analytics to understand the root causes of past project overruns and delays. This allows for proactive risk mitigation strategies on future projects by identifying and learning from recurring problems.
  • Predictive Insights: Combine historical and real-time data to forecast future outcomes related to safety, budget, and schedule performance, enabling data-backed strategic decisions.
