Building Design in Revit

The Building Design in Revit training series focuses on developing practical, real-world skills for modeling interior and exterior building elements using Revit. Across two progressive courses, participants will learn how to create, modify, and manage core architectural components—from walls, doors, windows, floors, and ceilings to roofs, stairs, railings, and room-based data. This series emphasizes efficient modeling techniques, proper use of Revit tools, and common BIM best practices, helping users build accurate building models while avoiding common design and coordination pitfalls.

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.

Note: Instructor will present using Autodesk Revit 2026. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version.

Prerequisite: Students should have a solid understanding of Revit or have taken the Revit for New Users course series.

Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
