Construction Management A–Z in Procore is a comprehensive training series designed for construction managers who need to confidently manage projects from start to finish using Procore. This course series goes beyond basic “how-to” instruction, focusing on the practical workflows behind communications, financial management, bidding, reporting, and invoicing. You’ll learn not only which tools to use, but when and why to use them, helping you keep projects organized, running efficiently, and under budget.

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.

Note: Instructor will present using Procore. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the software.

Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
