Effective Modeling in Revit

The Effective Modeling in Revit series is designed for professionals who want to create precise, construction-ready BIM models. Participants learn to model essential building components, from floors, ceilings, and shafts to roofs, stairs, railings, and ramps, while mastering families, libraries, and work plane techniques. With a focus on accuracy and real-world applicability, this series teaches best practices for producing Revit models that are fully coordinated, usable, and ready for downstream construction workflows.

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.

Note: Instructor will present using Autodesk Revit 2026. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version.

Prerequisite: Students should have a solid understanding of Revit or have taken the Revit for New Users course series.

Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
