Bluebeam Revu for Public Agencies II

Effective public project administration requires clear documentation, controlled approvals, and reliable tracking throughout the review lifecycle. This course focuses on advanced Bluebeam Revu workflows that help public agencies manage revisions, approvals, and long-term project records for both private development and capital projects. You’ll learn best practices for maintaining revision history, generating reports, connecting review data to agency systems, and securely archiving projects to support transparency, accountability, and compliance.

This course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.

Note: Instructor will present using Bluebeam Revu Complete 21. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version. Some tools shown may not be available in Revu Basics or Core. Classes are taught by Bluebeam Certified Professionals.
