Survey Mapping In Civil 3D II

This course focuses on practical survey drafting techniques in Civil 3D that are often overlooked in general training. You’ll learn how to efficiently use bearing, distance, and angle tools, draft with point controls, and check your work with Civil 3D’s inquiry tools. The class also covers creating and labeling alignments, generating surface profiles, and managing profile view styles—giving you the skills to produce precise, professional survey maps.

This course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.

​Note: Instructor will present using Autodesk Civil 3D 2026. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version.

Prerequisite: Students should have a working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
