Using Procore as a Subcontractor

The Using Procore as a Subcontractor training series is designed for subcontractors who are required to work within a general contractor’s Procore environment but don’t manage the system themselves. This course series provides clear, step-by-step instruction on the Procore tools subs use most, helping you meet contractual requirements, manage documents, track RFIs and submittals, respond to punch items, and stay organized across multiple projects. You’ll also learn how to efficiently manage photos and meetings, ensuring you can collaborate effectively, avoid delays, and keep work moving forward.

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.

Note: Instructor will present using Procore. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the software.

Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
