Creating As-Builts in Bluebeam Revu

As-built drawings are most valuable when they accurately reflect field conditions and can be easily understood long after construction is complete. The Creating As-Builts in Bluebeam Revu training series focuses on practical, jobsite-tested workflows for capturing and delivering reliable as-built documentation using Bluebeam Revu. The first course centers on field-ready fundamentals, including accessing drawings through Studio, applying proper scale, and recording changes using simple markup and measurement tools. The second course advances those workflows by adding photos, links, standardized tools, and export methods that support clean handoff to design teams and CAD environments. Together, these courses provide a structured approach to producing clear, consistent, and reusable as-built documents that support closeout, facility management, and future project work.

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses. Classes are taught by Bluebeam Certified Professionals.

Note: Instructor will present using Bluebeam Revu Complete 21. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version. Some tools shown may not be available in Revu Basics or Core. Looking for this class in Bluebeam Revu 2017, 2018, 2019, or 20? Contact us to make arrangements.
