Bluebeam Revu for Office Admins & Coordinators

The Bluebeam Revu for Office Admins & Coordinators training series is designed to show how Revu supports everyday administrative workflows beyond estimating and field use. The first course focuses on navigation, document editing, markups, and form creation to support internal teams and external consultants. The second course builds on those skills by introducing document comparison, revision tracking, batch processes, and customization tools that improve consistency and efficiency across multiple projects. Together, these courses help administrative staff use Bluebeam Revu with confidence while supporting smoother communication and better-controlled project documentation.

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses. Classes are taught by Bluebeam Certified Professionals.

Note: Instructor will present using Bluebeam Revu Complete 21. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version. Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
