Bluebeam Revu for Estimating

Successful estimating relies on accurate quantities, clear organization, and repeatable workflows. The Bluebeam Revu for Estimating training series is designed to help estimators use Revu as a reliable takeoff and data management platform. The first course establishes a strong technical foundation by covering scaling, core measurement tools, and advanced measurement properties needed for complex takeoffs. The second course focuses on organizing and extracting takeoff data, using tools such as the Markups List, Spaces, and reporting features to connect quantities to Excel and PDF outputs. Together, these courses show how to turn raw measurements into usable estimating data while improving accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across estimating workflows.

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses. Classes are taught by Bluebeam Certified Professionals.

Note: Instructor will present using Bluebeam Revu Complete 21. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version. Some tools shown may not be available in Revu Basics or Core. Looking for this class in Bluebeam Revu 2017, 2018, 2019, or 20? Contact us to make arrangements.
