CAD Management Simplified

CAD Management Simplified is a comprehensive, four-level training series designed for current and aspiring CAD Managers who want to build, refine, and automate company-wide CAD standards. The series begins with creating standardized templates, title blocks, styles, and system settings, then progresses into managing daily workflows through layer standards, Xrefs, block libraries, and tool palettes. Advanced levels focus on customization, productivity tools, project control, and automation using dynamic blocks, CUI customization, Sheet Set Manager, standards checks, macros, and Action Recorder. By the end of the series, you’ll be equipped to lead efficient CAD operations, improve consistency and quality, and deliver measurable productivity gains across your organization.

This live online series offers 4 four-hour courses. You can take all 4 courses or just the ones that meet your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.

Note: Instructor will present using Autodesk AutoCAD 2026. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version.

Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
