Automate Punch Lists with Bluebeam Revu is training series designed to help construction professionals manage punch lists faster, more accurately, and with better team coordination. The series begins with core techniques for creating and customizing punch keys, using tool chests, and tracking item locations and statuses. Building on these fundamentals, the advanced course teaches how to organize punch lists by space or trade, track item progress in real time, generate dynamic reports, and export punch data to Excel. By the end of the series, you'll be able to standardize punch list workflows, improve communication across teams, and accelerate project closeout with confidence and precision.

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses. Classes are taught by Bluebeam Certified Professionals.

Note: Instructor will present using Bluebeam Revu Complete 21. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version.
