Bluebeam Revu for Public Agencies

Public agencies face unique challenges when managing digital plan reviews - balancing transparency, security, and consistency across multiple disciplines and stakeholders. The Bluebeam Revu for Public Agencies training series is designed specifically to address those challenges with structured, real-world workflows. Level I focuses on establishing a controlled digital submittal and review process, teaching agencies how to accept, organize, review, and track project documents using Bluebeam Studio and standardized markup practices. Level II builds on that foundation by introducing advanced project administration tools, including revision control, approvals, reporting, and long-term record management. Together, these courses equip agency staff with practical methods for managing public and private development projects more efficiently while supporting accountability, compliance, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses. Classes are taught by Bluebeam Certified Professionals.

Note: Instructor will present using Bluebeam Revu Complete 21. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version. Some tools shown may not be available in Revu Basics or Core. Looking for this class in Bluebeam Revu 2017, 2018, 2019, or 20? Contact us to make arrangements.
