Effective Construction Management with Bluebeam Revu

The Effective Construction Management with Bluebeam Revu training series is designed to help construction professionals streamline project oversight, improve team communication, and standardize workflows. The series begins with creating project dashboards that link directly to drawings, specs, bids, and other critical documents, and shows how to streamline RFIs and site reports using templates, stamps, and fillable forms. The Level II course builds on these skills, teaching how to track field issues, standardize statuses, manage comments, and execute advanced punch list and closeout processes using custom punch keys and tool chests. By completing the series, you'll be able to manage projects with greater accuracy, consistency, and efficiency from preconstruction through closeout.

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses. Classes are taught by Bluebeam Certified Professionals.

​Note: Instructor will present using Bluebeam Revu Complete 21. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version.
