Shared Construction Schedules in Microsoft Project (PWA) is a training series designed for construction professionals who need to manage schedules, resources, and project data across multiple projects and teams. Level I introduces the Project for the Web (PWA) interface and focuses on organizing, analyzing, and sharing project information through custom views, fields, and data connections. Level II builds on this foundation by exploring shared resource pools and master/sub-project relationships, enabling participants to balance workloads, prevent over-allocation, and coordinate schedules across an entire organization. Together, these courses provide the skills needed to maintain accurate, collaborative, and scalable construction schedules using Microsoft Project (PWA).

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.

Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
