Graphic interfaces don’t have to be all one thing or another. We can use graphics or buttons, text links or anything else you imagine, which is wonderful but it’s all access driven. In other words, we’re directing people to the places and information we want them to see. What if we need to get information from those users, and send it back to a specific office or person? We can still integrate all the same graphic interface tools, but we can include data collection fields and processes to collect the information we need.
