With over 30 years of experience developing and managing Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Document Management systems for large, multi-discipline, design firms Mr. Coppinger brings a real world, cost and ROI based viewpoint to any technical discussion. He has extensive experience as a civil/architectural designer, and construction estimator, and has been a department manager for all these disciplines.. Mr. Coppinger is an industry noted expert, writer, and speaker on all things technology related. In addition, Mr. Coppinger has a broad background in both training and technical support for software technologies across multiple industry sectors. In addition, Mr. Coppinger is a noted writer in the CAD community, being the creator and --for several years--primary content generator of the very popular N.Y. Times owned and operated cad.about.com web site. Mr. Coppinger has published numerous articles and white papers for various industry publications. Mr. Coppinger has also been interviewed for several Autodesk publications and been an invited guest speaker at Autodesk University on the topic of implementing Document Management systems in large scale environments.
Rocco Parisi
Having held executive positions in Sales and Management for multiple firms over the past two decades, Mr. Parisi has extensive experience in the software consulting and sales industries and a strong track-record of consistently building long-term customer relationships. Combining expert strategic planning, team management, relationship building, marketing and technology skills while delivering profitable growth for all ZenTek's partners, Mr. Parisi works tirelessly with internal and external resources to build and strengthen long-term partnerships. He is an award-winning Executive recognized for account development and retention, with an in-depth understanding of Government, AEC, Civil and Manufacturing marketplaces, and a keen focus on client satisfaction. Mr. Fahie offers a strong history of client support, bringing flexibility and versatility to any task. Prior to joining ZenTek Consultants CA, Mr. Fahie spent 31 years in the Autodesk / Bricsys Channel holding various senior Sales and Management positions.
