Microsoft Excel for Construction Management

The Microsoft Excel for Construction Management training series is designed for construction professionals who use Excel regularly and want to work more efficiently and confidently. Level I focuses on building strong worksheet fundamentals, introducing advanced formulas, formatting, and scheduling tools - such as conditional formatting and Gantt charts - to turn raw data into clear, reliable information. Level II builds on this foundation by applying Excel to estimating and project management workflows, covering tables, estimating-specific formulas, automation, and best practices for presenting data. Together, these courses help reduce errors, save time, and improve decision-making across construction schedules, estimates, and financial data.

This live online series offers 2 four-hour courses. You can take both courses or just the one that meets your needs. Each separate course is delivered in 2 two-hour sessions. A live instructor explains the detailed functions and addresses questions as the class progresses.

Recording: Registrants for a course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
