As I mentioned in the second blog post, I would recommend continuing to have your focus group meetings. If you notice many employees are not following an aspect or process completely, you may have to dig a bit deeper or perhaps change how the process works entirely. Construction is an evolving industry, and you need to be able to adapt to changes in the office just as easily as in the field.
