In the Construction Industry, identifying and resolving build issues before they occur is the most vital function we can perform. Identifying a single system conflict before it’s being built can literally save tens of thousands of dollars in lost time, change orders and delays. To do that though, you need to have the right conflict-checking tools, and knowledge of how to effectively use them. Autodesk Navisworks Manage is the leading tool for integrating all industries/trade models into the full building lifecycle, and this course will show you how to use it effectively. We will cover the basics of working with BIM, consolidating all your design models (civil, architectural, structural, etc.) into a single construction model for conflict checking and analysis, as well as basic visualization and mark-up functionality built inside Navisworks.
This eight (8) hour course is delivered in four (4), two-hour long sessions that students can attend online, right from their own desk. A live instructor will explain the detailed functions, and address questions as the class progresses.
Note: Class will be presented using Navisworks Manage 2024 and that version (at minimum) is required for all students.
Recording: Registrants for this course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
