All our work is handled remotely and via screen share so there is minimal interruption to your office work processes. Your assigned ZenTek ConTech Manager will meet with your staff monthly to discuss needs, issues, as well as take development requests and discuss workflow improvements. ZenTek guarantees initial response to any call/email within four business hours of receipt in our offices.
Managed ConTech Services are annual contracts that give you and all your staff access to the ConTech expertise you need, exactly when you need it. You select the software(s) and options for which you need ConTech Management support, and any approved member of your staff can reach out to ZenTek for help with those choices at any time, for no additional fees beyond the annual contract. We accept phone, Teams chat, or email requests from designated staff and your designated ConTech Manager will respond back to that initial request within four (4) business hours to start the conversation on how to best address your needs. Your ZenTek ConTech manager will work on your requests as needed, up to the maximum hours weekly designated in your contract. Meeting times, screen shares, time to review, and test covered items are all included in your contract.
You may reach out to your assigned ZenTek ConTech Manager at any time, 24/7/365 via email, chat, or phone. Note that hours of operation at ZenTek are between 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (excluding Local Holidays) and our response times are based upon “business hours”. Support requests are guaranteed a response within four (4) business hours and development/standards work usually begins within 24 hours of a request. Online meetings may be requested with a minimum of 48 hours notice to your ZenTek ConTech Manager.
ZenTek ConTech Managers are experts and certified partners for Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Microsoft, Matterport, and many other popular ConTech-focused software systems. Even if we don’t have direct technical experience with a particular system you use, our highly experienced staff can help you to develop standards, processes, and even research technical solutions for you in any ConTech system. The specific ConTech system(s) you have coverage for will be spelled out in your service agreement.
Managed ConTech Services contracts allot up to sixteen (16) hours of work on a weekly basis for your Primary ConTech Software and up to eight (8) hours weekly for each Secondary ConTech Software. These are “cap” hours and ZenTek does not warrant to work this amount each week. Your ZenTek ConTech Manager will work on all support/development issues up to this maximum number each week, as needed, to address your needs. If you request additional hours beyond the cap to meet project needs, etc., ZenTek will charge our standard hourly rate for requested work. Current Metrics for time and rate will be spelled out in your service agreement.
Payment is as simple as possible. Your contract will be an annual flat fee, for named services, to be paid quarterly in advance. Additional service/hours requested beyond your service agreement will be billed monthly. Your contract will be valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of commencement and ZenTek will provide you with an invoice prior to renewal in subsequent years for convenience.
