8 CPC/CEU credits

Maybe you use Civil 3D on a regular basis and are looking to fill in some gaps with specialty training. Here is a class that will take you through site planning to help resolve grading issues as well as clearances and dimensional requirements for parking lot layout and design.

In the first half of this class, students will be guided through the basics of manipulating surfaces and applying Civil 3D’s grading tools to develop a grading plan. The second half will cover the aspects of Vehicle Tracking that assist in laying out parking areas while ensuring vehicular traffic moves effectively on site.

This eight (8) hour course is delivered in four (4), two-hour long sessions that students can attend online, right from their own desk. A live instructor will explain the detailed functions, and address questions as the class progresses.

Note: Instructor will present using Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D 2025 and Vehicle Tracking 2025. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version.

Prerequisite: Students should have a working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Recording: Registrants for this course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.
