Discovering AutoCAD Map 3D

$525 per person (in the US and Canada) | 8 CPC/CEU credits

For decades, most of us have thought of Infrastructure Design data and Map/GIS data as separate items that needed completely different software systems to work with. Autodesk handled design and ESRI handled GIS...but that's not the case anymore. Autodesk and ESRI have partnered together and are providing full Map/GIS functionality as part of the AutoCAD Map 3D toolset, which is part of the AEC Collection, so you likely already have access to it! The ability to quickly import/export GIS data and format it correctly is a vital tool in the civil designer's kit. ZenTek is here to show you how to access and work with these vital tools on all your projects, for both AutoCAD Map 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3D users.

ZenTek Consultants, the nationally recognized leader in Civil technologies, can show you how to work with Map/GIS data in both AutoCAD Map 3D and Civil 3D. This eight (8) hour course is delivered in four (4), two-hour long sessions that students can attend online, right from their own desk. A live instructor will explain the detailed functions of AutoCAD Map 3D, and address questions as the class progresses.

Note: Instructor will present using Autodesk Map 3D 2025 but all features work identically in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023. Students who wish to follow along with instructor are encouraged to use the same version.

Recording: Registrants for this course will receive access to a recording of each session for 7 consecutive days. Access will start the next business day after the session ends.

Must attend all four sessions.
